Mono Performance For Games
Are you just using macpack, or also mkbundle? I've tried fiddling with mkbundle off and on but the Mono.framework from the Mono site doesn't do the stuff with pkg-config that mkbundle expects, and I don't have the free time to pretend I'm on Linux and go hunting for dependencies.
I've been working on a C# game API for the last couple of months with the full expectation that I'll eventually convert my entire development over to .NET; if you want to contribute to it, it would probably give me the motivation to bring it up to par feature-wise with my C++ game API. Right now it's been kind of sitting on my hard drive waiting for some major revisions. I do a pass over it with MoMa as part of my build process, so it's Mono and MSCLI compatible.
