Lightwave 9.0 : A new toy
I've finally got my Lightwave 9.0 upgrade and manuals.
I plan to run it on my MacBook (1.8 GHz, 2 GB RAM), my G5 iMac and a Windows box of some description.
I hope to be able to make some comments about the software in the near future once I have worked my way through the manuals.
In all the years I've been using Lightwave I've not actually sat down and gone through the manuals. With all the changes I think it is time I did so that I do not miss out on any new stuff.

I particularly would be interested to know if it has any good surface transformation tools (for creating a normal map for a low poly model using a high poly model) and if it has anything nifty for baking lighting nicely.
Could probably find this info somewhere else, I know, but it's much preferrable to hear from a good source.
Cheers,
-Jon
