Keyboard with Cocoa HID Manager
Not yet, but they say they will add this someday. For now, I just create two abstractions (at least) for input... one for HID, one for Keyboard (and usually one for AI and one for Networking)
On 10.1.x, neither mouse nor keyboard are accessible via HID. On 10.2, both are (apparently, I haven't personally tried the keyboard. The mouse works.).
