It looks very interesting to me and probably to all of your 3D game devs. The ability to mix Cocos2D layers in 3D space is winner I think.

Still don't know which formats it can read for 3D meshes, except the POD file format.

I believe it's POD only right now. It certainly looks quite cool. Have you tried it out yet?

Not yet, but I will today. Just finished downloading all the Cocos2d and 3d frameworks and the Collada2Pod utility. Also I'm gonna start using Blender to do my models.

I ran the demo app, looks pretty good. Still figuring out how to do collision detection. But I think I will use it for future projects
