I would like to post a new iPhone game under Announcements. However, I am unable to do so as it seemed that my account is not authorized to do so. May I know what are the requirements to post under Announcements?

you need 5 or more post to do that, i had you exact same problem. just check the forum and contribute where you can , you will find that i is a nice place
